WHO IS GONZALO BENDITO?
My name is Gonzalo and I am 25 years old.
I was born and raised in Spain but I have been living abroad for the last 6 years, currently traveling around Asia and photographing the beauty of this continent. I am a graduate student of Economics and International Business, fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese.
I am a self-trained natural light photographer, and my main interests are landscapes, candid portraits, travel photography and astrophotography; although I also cover other fields like lifestyle photoshoots (family, couples, children, individual…), weddings, events and a bit of abstract photography too.
My journey started in 2011, when I discovered a passion for photography using my cellphone during a trip backpacking through The Himalayas and Vietnam. Since then, I wanted to grow more and more, and a few months after, I bought my first DSLR. Since then, I have been upgrading my photography gear together with my knowledge and skills in this beautiful but complex field. Nowadays I use a Nikon D810, together with other three lenses.
For me, in photography, every moment, every second, passes away and is never repeated again. With my camera, I am able to freeze that moment and keep it for eternity. It is the way to show the world how the world itself looks through my eyes, to express myself and to create my own reality.
My other main leisure activity is travelling. The travel bug bit me when I was a teenager, and since then, I have travelled to more than 45 countries, which enabled me to show my friends, family, followers and clients, how the world looks through my eyes.
Among my achievements, I count on several publications in some of the most important newspapers of the United Kingdom, such as The Daily Mail, The Daily Mirror, The Telegraph and The Times. I have also been featured by 500px.com, along with other travel websites. Additionally, my photos have been viewed online almost ten million times.
I am only 25 years old, so this is just the beginning.
Thank you so much!
THIS IS MY ROUTE, AND I’M STILL TRAVELING
